Biometrics Manual

Creation of User/(For Admin Users)

1. Press menu "M/OK" button.
2. Next GO to User Management ,then click "New User"
3. After clicking "New User" click "Finger Print"
4. Select the finger to be enrolled.

 NOTE:0,1,2,3,4, for the left hand 5,6,7,8,9 for the right hand will be used!

1. Enrolled your finger print "three times(3x)"
2. After your enrolled your let finger, create backup.
3. Done!!

 NOTE:If you want to check if the user has already created.

1. Go to user management ----->
2. All user's checked the finger print.

Backup User Data on USB & Transfering User Data

1. Insert the USB on the biometrics/finger print
2. Press menu "M/ok"button.
3. Log in your finger print id.
4. Go to USB manager,Then Download, User Data
5. then press ESC to exit
6. After downloading the data in USB drive, put the USB on the other biometrics
7. Go to USB manager, then Upload,then Uer Data
8. Check if the data is successful download
9. Go to user management, click all user to checked the user's is already uploaded.

Downloading Attendance Data to USB

1. Insert the USB
2. Press menu "M/ok"button.
3. Log in you finger print id
4. Go to USB manager
5. click download, then click the ATTENDANCE DATA
6. Select by time rench,wait until the downloading is done
7. then press ok

Backup Data Management or Copying all Data in Biometrics(Admin Role)

1. Insert the USB
2. Press menu "M/ok"button
3. Log in you finger print id
4. Go to data management
5. Backup to device
6. Backup Start
7. Wait until backup is ompleted
8. Then press ECS exit

Deleting Attenance Data

1. Insert the USB
2. Press menu "M/ok"button
3. Log in you finger print id
4. Go to data management
5. click delete data
6. select category you want to delete
7. then press ok

Restoring Data

1. Insert the USB

 NOTE:Make sure that you have correct data you have

1. Press menu "M/ok"button
2. Log in you finger print id
3. Go to data management
4. Restore data
5. Restore from device
6. Start restore
7. Then click Yes
8. Wait until backup is ompleted
9. Device Auto boot
10. Then click ok
