       Government reports module is a module that is consist of all the government contribution records of every employee. The picture below shows the nineteen sub-module of Government Reports module.

  • BIR Excel Alphalist Last Year Module
      This is one of the sub-modules of Government Report. In this module, you will see the different company together with its status (Active,Separated,MWE)and year that was added in active module and separated module. BIR Excel Alphalist Last Year's sub-modules will let you import and view the Alphabetical list of the employees from whom taxes were withheld.

      When the user select one of the following companies a message box will appear for the user to choose what default or format the user prefer to open the selected record.

      After clicking OK button the user will precede in selecting what language he/she wants in viewing the selected records.

      Selected record will open with the default and language chosen. Record is consist of the gross compensation income (Taxable and Non-Taxable), exemptions, hospital insurance, net taxable compensation income, tax due, tax withheld, year end adjustment and the employee's TIN ID and name of every employee,


  • BIR Excel Alphalist Simulation
       This module is same as BIR Excel Alphalist Last Year Module but the records in this module are within the current year whether what status (Active, Separated and MWE)of the company is.

2316-Latest Alphalist Printing

       2316-Latest ALphalist printing is a module that has a detailed/summary form of the employee's compensation payment record of all the Tax Withheld. Selecting the company,etc. will be basis to view the employee's Alphalist record.

     Export to PDF (Template Form) and Export to PDF (Blank Form) button will let the user to view and print the compensation payment of an employee selected. And the Exit/Close Button is a log-out command.
     Clicking Load Recs will let the user view the information of the selected company and year. In each employee's information user may choose one form on how the employee's compensation payment will be view and printed. In can be templated form or in blank from.
     Clicking icon colored with blue of a selected employee in the table will display and let the user print the compensation payment of that employee in a blank  form.
     
     On the other hand when clicking icon colored with red of a selected employee will also let user view and print the compensation payment of the selected employee but in a templated form.
