Uploading of Openovate and Galleon Master Data

• Import employee data to proceed in creation of Openovate and Galleon Timekeeping amd payroll
• Creation of Galleon and Openovate company to System
• Test the timekeeping,Payroll process and report
• Give user access to openovate and galleon TK and Payroll process
• Enroll the E-Gov transaction for the said companies
• Set Up SAPGL for these companies

Offsite Timekeeping and Payroll process

• Update the employee master creation module and set the right description of the movement form
• Create a report where in HR offsite can view the raw uploaded file here in HO.

Payroll Computation

• Update the payroll computation to comply with the new tax law(TRAIN)
• New Philhealth computation
• HDMF computation

Other Support and Development

• Testing of Payslip Printer
• SDSA can not be uploaded because of the wrong format of textfile. (SEND FORMAT)
• Request of list of Remaining SLVL year 2017 for all ESSI employees
• 2316/ ITR of DAGUPLO, GRACE LABADAN
• Setup the SAPGL of Openovate and Galleon align it to SPPE
• ETK batch process: Resolve creation of Initial Password in ETK.
• Change all of leave and DTR last December 29 into 8 hours
