Timekeeping Process

OFFSITE TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM (OTS) - a DOS based system

  1. Download attlog from biometrix
  2. Upload the attlog to the OTS
  3. Encode the SL/VL/OBTP/CWS to the OTS
  4. Compute the timekeeping
  5. Generate and validate the reports if its correct
  6. Generate a file that H.O needed. Send via email

HEAD OFFICE TIME KEEPING SYSTEM – a web based system

  1. Upload the file that the OTS generated to payroll system
  2. Download attlog from biometrix
  3. Upload th attlog to the payroll system
  4. Encode the SL/VL/OBTP/CWS
