MY Simple User Utility

     My simple user utility is a system that gives privilege to the authorized person to manage and manipulate user account.  This system includes the assigning of user's access. And same as all secured system, my simple user utility is a system that requires username and password in order to access it. After inputting correct of the information of all roundcube system users that can be manipulated and managed.
     Inputting user account on the upper part of the system and clicking search button, will sort what user account the user wants to view.
     Below search engine there are different buttons for the user to manipulate roundcube but not all users had a similar access. As of the example we are using the user account that has all the access in the system. Below the buttons is the table of user's information. In this table user can edit the user's information by simply clicking the edit button place in the first column then click save and it can also be deactivated/activated by clicking the red button placed in the second column then click OK button (in the message box) to finally deactivate/activate the account.
     ADD ACCOUNT BUTTON
 
         Clicking add account button, is a command to display the modal in adding user account. All fields in them modal are required. 3000bytesis the normal size of qouta which is equivalent to 2.9 GB and there's default password in adding user account but user still set password by just clicking the Initialized Password checkbox and then input the preferred password to the textbox provided. Then click save button will add the inputted user account.
     REFRESH BUTTON
         Refresh button will command the system to reload the system from the module after it was login.
     USER ADMIN BUTTON
        After clicking user admin, user management module will display that consist of adding of user admin and display the list of the users together with its username, full name and expiration access. The list is editable; it can also be deleted by clicking the respected buttons placed in the column of the table.
   * Edit User Button - this button is for editing the user's information (fullname and expiration date). This button also can reset the password of each user by simply clicking the check box beside Reset Password label. Then clicking save button will update the account of the user.
   * User Access Button - this button is for assigning what are the modules a user can access. The assigning of user's access can be done by simply clicking the checkbox beside the name of each module. Then like in editing user account clicking save button will update the access of each user.
   * Delete Button - this button is for removing/deleting a user account. After clicking delete button of a selected user name, a message box will appear for the confirmation. Clicking OK button will permanently delete the selected user.
         Then another message box will display for the final confirmation.
         Clicking OK button of the message box will reload the system to the updated records.
     CHANGE PASSWORD BUTTON
          This module will give user the privilege to update their password. Old password of the user is required for verification. Then clicking save button will update the account. No old password, no updating of account.
     EXIT/CLOSE BUTTON
         This button will logout the account of the user and returns the system to the login module.
