OFFSITE TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM (OTS) - a DOS based system
- Download attlog from biometrix
- Upload the attlog to the OTS
- Encode the SL/VL/OBTP/CWS to the OTS
- Compute the timekeeping
- Generate and validate the reports if its correct
- Generate a file that H.O needed. Send via email
HEAD OFFICE TIME KEEPING SYSTEM – a web based system
- Upload the file that the OTS generated to payroll system
- Download attlog from biometrix
- Upload th attlog to the payroll system
- Encode the SL/VL/OBTP/CWS
