FUNCTIONALITY:
1 - To search/find specific employee’s account. Input the name/username you want to sort.
Click the Search button.
2 - To add new Roundcube account:
2.1 - Input the basic information of the user. (Be sure that the user account/username was not in an uppercase)
2.2 - To set the user account as an active user.
2.3 - Set the user account’s password to init1234. (You can also set what password you want be sure to unmark this)
2.4 - To save the user account.
3 – To refresh/reload the system.
4 – For Super Admin access. (SEPARATED user’s guide)
5 – To change your account password. (This is only for this module/system only your Roundcube account is not connected when you change your password here)
6 – Logout.
7 – To edit the Account of the user. Just fill-up all the fields and click Save button.
8 – To edit the Identities/Surname, First name Middle name of the user. Just fill-up all the fields and click Save button.
9 – To deactivate/delete an account.
10 – To reset password of the account.
