RoundCube utility resetting of user password
- Open web browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Opera)
- Access: http://115.85.30.86/myrcutil for local connection and http://115.85.30.86/myrcutil
- Login your correct username and password
- Click Roundcube Maintenance menu
- Click Reset RC User password Tab
- Input username in textbox
- Click reset button
RoundCube update identities
- Open web browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Opera)
- Access: http://115.85.30.86/myrcutil for local connection and http://115.85.30.86/myrcutil
- Login your correct username and password
- Click Roundcube Maintenance menu
- Click Edit Identities Tab
- Input username
- Input First Name
- Input Middle Name/Initial
- Input Last Name
- Click update button
Deactivation of user
- Open web browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Opera)
- Access: http://115.85.30.86/myrcutil for local connection and http://115.85.30.86/myrcutil
- Login your correct username and password
- Click Roundcube Maintenance menu
- Click Deactivate user Tab
- Input username
- Click deactivate button
